The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Alan, the general manager, and Diego, the concierge, were exceptional. The location was convenient, just steps away from the beautiful Sea of Cortez beach and close to shopping and dining options. the room was spacious and had a great view, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. the hotel amenities, such as the outdoor pool and fitness center, added to the overall experience. the attention to detail and hospitality at Hyatt Place Los Cabos made our Easter getaway truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of Zona Hotelera, surrounded by the charms of San José del Cabo!
